Thats ok! We are always willing to try and work at the dogs pace. We have skills and tools to help work through a lot of things. Dogs are never allowed to interact but we do recommend first or last appointments of the day for dogs that might need a little less stimulation. 

Don't worry, we can evaluate  your dogs coat and come up with a game plan. Sometimes unfortunately that does start with doing a re-set shave. This allows us to start mat free, working on leaning the brush skills we need to grow the coat out and then putting a maintenance e schedule in place to prevent or limit future shave downs! 

It depends on your temperament, service and condition. Most xsmall to medium dogs take between an hour to an hour and a half. Most medium to large dogs take between an hour and a half to two. We keep our appointments stacked to limit time dogs are in the shop. At your appointment time your dog is going right into the tub, from the tub to the table and we call about 15 minutes before we are done for pick up. HOWEVER ... we are working with living animals so there might be a dog that requires a little more attention or an extra set of hands, and we try our best to let you know if we are running behind at drop off.
